The Dieter’s Dilemma—Resolved

It’s the classic dilemma for dieters everywhere: How to lose weight without feeling hungry? Scientists say you can lose weight (and keep it off) by making small diet changes that stick. In fact, researchers at Harvard and Louisiana State Universities found that people who simply lowered their caloric intake by just 100 calories a day (combined with regular exercise regimen) lost an average of 13 pounds in six months.
