Gym Source Service Assurance

One of the ways that Gym Source stands out is through its impressive commitment to service assurance. Although Gym Source has a large team of service providers who will travel to customers’ homes to respond to issues, what many people don’t know is that equipment also have a responsibility to maintain their own machines.

As Vlad Shindelman, the Director of Service for Gym Source, explains “everybody knows you have to do an oil change on the car, and change the brakes and tires, unfortunately not everybody knows that all fitness products may need at least minimal maintenance.” Even simple actions like vacuuming around and underneath a treadmill can add years to its lifetime, because any dust that’s underneath the unit will eventually end up inside it.

The good news is that if something does happen, Gym Source is there to address the issue quickly. Unlike other fitness retailers (online and brick-and-mortar alike), Gym Source has its own service department. Our approximately 25 technicians are on the road every day – helping our clients get the most from their machines for the longest amount of time.

The Gym Source commitment to customer satisfaction, enjoyment and safety carries over into the company’s commitment to safety, design, and quality components. “It’s proven. It’s not something we are experimenting with. [Our products] have a proven design with proven components that should work and last for a long time” promises Vlad. That’s a promise that Gym Source keeps. See more from Vlad, right here: Vlad on Service Assurance.
