You’ll be hearing A LOT from Gym Source about BILT by Agassi & Reyes in the weeks ahead, so be prepared for some exciting announcements about this groundbreaking new line of fitness equipment. As the name suggests, the brains behind these innovative machines are tennis legend Andre Agassi and his longtime trainer, Gil Reyes.
The BILT by Agassi & Reyes series has several pieces, one of which is called Change of Direction, or C.O.D. With a unique combination of weight resistance and movement, the C.O.D. gives you the ability to combine squat and knee-bend movements with lateral movements such as side steps, shuffle steps or skip steps.
