Concept2

Concept2 got its start in when Dick and Pete Dreissigacker, fresh from Olympic training, started making composite racing oars—which are now the oar of choice among the world's rowers. From there, they went on to create the Concept2 Indoor Rower, used worldwide by Olympic athletes, cardiac rehab patients and every caliber of rower in between. The Concept 2 rower has been called by many the standard for indoor rowers. Rowing is an amazingly efficient and low-impact cardiovascular exercise; and since 1976, Concept 2 has been specializing in this field.
